Return Process

  Log into your Mobile 2000 account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, cables, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
